Educated at the London School of Economics and Political Science, London Business School, and Harvard Business School, he has deep expertise in accounting & finance, leadership, and global capital markets. With extensive experience in managing large and complex business set-ups, he contributes strategic insight and sound governance to support the Company’s long-term growth and value creation.
Mr. Agarwala is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience spanning manufacturing, hospitality, renewable energy, and international trade, marked by a strong commitment to institutionalizing operations and driving long-term value in fragmented markets.
She is an entrepreneur and business leader with experience in the NBFC sector, with expertise in business management, governance, and institutional development. She also serves as a Trustee of several charitable trusts dedicated to social welfare and inclusive development, supporting education for underprivileged children and providing medical aid, food, clothing, and shelter to vulnerable communities, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable social impact.
An accomplished engineer with a MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a research scientist, and entrepreneur, Tushar Suraiya bridges the gap between high-level chemical research and international industrial manufacturing. With a foundation in elite global education and a career spanning from DuPont’s labs to global export markets, he has also dedicated significant time to mentoring the next generation of innovators as the Regional Chair for India/MIT Education Council
Mr. Tibrawalla is actively engaged in the real estate sector and has successfully developed one of Kolkata’s early farmhouse townships, Country Roads—a 50-acre integrated development featuring 150 bungalows and a hotel spread over 3 acres. He has also executed multiple residential projects in the MIG segment. In addition, he is involved in the trading of coal and coke and actively participates in the capital markets, bringing a diversified business perspective along with strong commercial insight.
Mr. Khemka is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a key financial pillar of the Company. He brings strong expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations within the NBFC sector. He plays a central role in ensuring robust financial governance, regulatory adherence, and supporting the Company’s strategic growth initiatives.
Akshay Poddar, aged 39, a Hons. graduate in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics & Political Science, University of London hails from the renowned Poddar Family of Kolkata and part of the Promoters of "Adventz" group which has diverse interests in Fertilisers, Agri inputs, Heavy Engineering, Process Engineering, Furniture, Consumer Products, Real Estate, Investments, etc. Internationally, Mr Poddar is a Board Member of CFCL Technologies Limited.
Mr. Poddar is currently serving as a Committee Member of Indian Chamber of Commerce and is also on the Board of Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), Calcutta Chapter, member of Young Leaders Forum (YLF) and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE). He is also the Past President of Entrepreneurs' Organization, Kolkata Chapter.
Mr. Poddar is actively involved in social work and is Trustee of various Charitable Trusts which run schools for the underprivileged children and provide help to the needy people.
Puja Poddar, aged 37 years, graduated in Business Administration from London University, London hails from the renowned Binani Family and married to Mr. Akshay Poddar of Poddar Family of Kolkata. Mrs. Poddar is the Managing Director of Adventz Securities Enterprises Limited, part of the "Adventz" group promoted by the Poddar Family, which has diverse interests in Fertilisers, Agri inputs, Heavy Engineering, Process Engineering, Furniture, Consumer Products, Real Estate, Investments, etc.
Mrs. Poddar is a Member of the Ladies Forum of Indian Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved in social work and is Trustee of Tree of Hope Foundation, a Charitable Trust for the up-liftment of poor and underprivileged children. Her hobbies include travelling, Movies, reading books etc.
Mr. Gaurav Agarwala, aged 43 years has been appointed Director of the Company since 2002. He is a graduate in Science and Business Administration from Boston University. He brings a varied and interspersed experience of almost 20 years to the table.
Mr. Gaurav Agarwala is the chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
Mr. Piyush Kumar Khaitan has been associated with the Company since 2000 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Khaitan has an arrayed experience of more than 45 years in Finance & General Business Administration.
Mr. Rewati Raman Goenka, a master in Business Administration (MBA) from IIM Kolkata has been associated with the Company since 2006 as an Independent Non- Executive Director and has more than 45 years of experience behind him. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
Mr. Kunal Agarwala, aged about 38 years has been appointed Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company in 2013. Mr. Agarwala possesses vast experience in Business and Commercial Affairs. He is also a member of of Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), Calcutta Chapter.
Mr. Devendra Khemka joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 1st April 2009. He is a member of Chartered Accounts of India and has an experience of more than 20 years in Finance, Taxation and General Management.
